Damian Quevedo Marquez is the founder and CEO of Karel Peak, a civil engineer and entrepreneur with a mission to bring clarity, technical excellence, and reliable coordination to complex dry utility projects.
Damian began his engineering studies in Cuba before continuing his education in Washington, DC, where he deepened his expertise in civil engineering, infrastructure systems, and project management. For more than 20 years, he has lived and worked throughout the Mid-Atlantic region, contributing to residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments across Maryland, DC, and Northern Virginia.
Specializing in dry utilities, Damian has built a reputation for navigating the often complicated intersection of design, permitting, and construction. His strength lies not only in technical knowledge, but in understanding how utilities impact schedules, budgets, and long-term project performance. From feasibility analysis through final installation coordination, he approaches every project with precision, foresight, and accountability.
